Notice is hereby given of the Annual Meeting of Minneola Coop Inc., Minneola, Kansas to be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at the Civic Connection in Minneola. The business information meeting will begin at 6:30 PM and refreshments will be served.
The regular order of business will be followed, including the presentation of annual financial statements, election of two directors and any other business that may properly be brought before the meeting.
The terms of directors Will Norton and Charlie Hornback are expiring this year, and both have agreed to stand for re-election. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor.
Patronage checks will be available for distribution immediately following the meeting.
We know this is a busy time of year. If you are unable to attend the meeting, we would encourage you to complete the proxy assignment form to appoint one of your board members to serve as your delegate. By allowing your director to vote on your behalf, we can satisfy all requirements of our bylaws and continue to conduct business even if a quorum cannot physically be present.
